焊接機(jī)器人的特殊技術(shù)指標(biāo)有哪些?

1)適用的焊接或切割方法這對(duì)于弧焊機(jī)器人特別重要。這實(shí)質(zhì)上反映了機(jī)器人控制和驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的抗干擾能力。目前,一般的弧焊機(jī)器人只使用MIG焊接方法,因?yàn)檫@些焊接方法不需要使用高頻電弧點(diǎn)火,焊接機(jī)器人的控制和驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)沒有特殊的抗干擾措施,可以使用鎢極氬弧焊焊接。該焊接機(jī)器人是近年來的新產(chǎn)品,它具有一套特殊的抗干擾措施。選擇機(jī)器人時(shí)應(yīng)注意這一點(diǎn)。
