在自動(dòng)點(diǎn)焊機(jī)的焊接過程中,普遍存在的問題是:焊點(diǎn)在焊接過程中不能熔透而產(chǎn)生飛濺,導(dǎo)致點(diǎn)焊機(jī)的焊接質(zhì)量不佳,因此在實(shí)際應(yīng)用中應(yīng)注意:

一焊接點(diǎn)沒有穿透,熔核沒有形成或形成不好的形成。
A welding point is not penetrated, and the molten nucleus is not formed or poorly formed.
無滲漏,即點(diǎn)焊時(shí),無“豆?fàn)?rdquo;熔核排列。這個(gè)缺陷是很危險(xiǎn)的,它會(huì)極大地改變焊接強(qiáng)度。
No leakage, that is, during spot welding, there is no "bean shaped" arrangement of molten nuclei. This defect is very dangerous as it will greatly alter the welding strength.
對(duì)焊接參數(shù)進(jìn)行調(diào)試。若校驗(yàn)確認(rèn)參數(shù)無問題,則需檢查主電源電路,如:電源是否充足,是否損壞焊接變壓器等。

檢查支架與機(jī)體的絕緣電阻是否不良,是否形成局部短路。
Check if the insulation resistance between the bracket and the body is poor and if there is a local short circuit.
檢查觸點(diǎn)表面,如銅的撓性接縫,是否被嚴(yán)重氧化,觸點(diǎn)電阻的形成,會(huì)加重發(fā)熱。
Check if the contact surface, such as the flexible joints of copper, is severely oxidized, and the formation of contact resistance can exacerbate heating.
檢查焊縫的厚度及負(fù)載的連續(xù)性是否符合要求,焊機(jī)是否過熱。
Check whether the thickness of the weld seam and the continuity of the load meet the requirements, and whether the welding machine is overheating.
檢查進(jìn)水壓力水量和供水溫度是否適當(dāng),系統(tǒng)是否被污物所隔開,這些污物會(huì)由于冷卻不佳而導(dǎo)致電臂過熱。
Check whether the inlet pressure, water volume, and supply temperature are appropriate, and whether the system is separated by dirt, which can cause overheating of the electric arm due to poor cooling.
三焊接時(shí)產(chǎn)生的意外飛濺。

檢查電流是否過大或過低的壓力。
Check if the current is too high or the pressure is too low.
焊接工件的強(qiáng)度不足:焊接電流越來越小,而且焊接現(xiàn)象也不強(qiáng)。
