電極的外形尺寸擴(kuò)大時(shí),由于接觸面積擴(kuò)大,電流密度減少,散熱效果提高,均使焊接區(qū)加熱程度減弱,因此熔核外形尺寸減少,使焊點(diǎn)承載能力減少。
